What is HUNT’s Role in a New Housing Community?

Construction is officially underway on a new market-rate housing community directly across from HUNT’s Horseheads office on Daniel Zenker Drive — giving our team a front-row seat to watch a project move from planning into reality.

Developed by Edger Enterprises (Elmira Heights) and Riedman (Rochester), the project spans three lots totaling 54 acres and will bring 302 new residential units to the community over two phases of development. Phase One includes 192 units.

Once completed, the community will offer a mix of efficiency, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments totaling approximately 520 bedrooms, along with attached and detached garages, a clubhouse, pool, and shared community spaces.

HUNT supported the project through:

• Site planning and permitting for the overall development

• Planned Unit Development approvals
