The Grants Team thought outside the box to help the Village of Honeoye Falls significantly reduce a major project funding gap from $15.6 million to $6.6 million by identifying and pursuing nontraditional funding opportunities. In addition to funding strategy development, the team connected the Village with key professionals and partners to help advance the project, strengthen support, and position it for long-term success. The project will help address growing housing demand while supporting compliance with DEC requirements for the Village’s wastewater treatment plant.
