Wyalusing Area School District
Client
Wyalusing Area School District
Through facility planning, condition assessments, and architectural and engineering design, HUNT is helping the District prioritize investments and modernize its campuses.
Renovations began in April 2025 under a phased construction schedule that maintained uninterrupted school operations. Initial work focused on administrative offices and restrooms, followed by classrooms, instructional spaces, and athletic facilities. Key improvements include a significantly expanded auditorium and a more secure, welcoming main entrance and administrative office.
To support long-term planning, HUNT completed a Building Condition Survey evaluating architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and technology systems. The assessment identified facility priorities and cost estimates, creating a roadmap for future investments. HUNT also conducted an Educational Space Planning and Utilization Study to evaluate how existing spaces support
current programs and future enrollment, curriculum, and operational needs. Together, these efforts provide a strategic framework for informed capital planning and investment decisions
