HUNT has been working with Clyde-Savannah Central School District since 2015, beginning with their Building Condition Survey and 5-year plan. After HUNT worked with the District providing essential Public Information Programming, a successful Referendum was passed for a $27 million Capital Project to make District-wide improvements. These renovations included work at the Elementary School, the Junior Senior High School, and the Bus Garage.

Projects at the Elementary School included a gymnasium addition, a Pre-K addition as part of the Smart Schools Bond Act, and renovations in the library, kitchen, and music rooms. Other work throughout the facility involved safety and security upgrades to entrances, doors, and bathrooms, plus the replacement of Boiler, HVAC, and water heater systems.

At the Junior Senior High School, improvements encompassed renovations of their fitness center as well as additions for STEAM classrooms and kitchen/ cafeteria facilities. New lockers and corridor and masonry renovations were also completed. One of the biggest projects is a pool addition, which will include a new six-lane regulation-sized pool with diving well, locker rooms, a new filter room, equipment storage, and spectator seating. Other improvements include security and safety updates and mechanical and air conditioner upgrades. As part of renovations to the field house, HUNT installed new counters at concessions, designed handicapped accessibility improvements, and replaced ticket booths.

The bus garage needed replacements of the roof, exterior wall cladding, bus lift, and oil water separator. HUNT completed abatement design for pavement replacement and expansion, plus the addition of a security fence around site, exterior lighting, and block heaters for all buses. Every building also received life safety system improvements.
