Client
Caledonia-Mumford Central School District
As the district architect since 1998, HUNT has completed several projects, including a building condition survey and 5-year facilities master plan.
Recent site improvements have included new sidewalks, parking lot repairs, and sports field enhancements with, new dugouts; regrading of the pitcher’s mound; excavating, regrading, and reseeding the soccer field; and, design and installation of new tennis courts.
Additional project highlights include toilet room renovations to modernize finishes and provide ADA accessibility, a full renovation of the kitchen, servery and cafeteria at the Elementary School, a large area of roof replacement, two new playgrounds, moderate food service improvements at the Middle School, and UV replacement in the building's windows.
By taking advantage of the Smart Schools Bond Act, the district was also able to tackle a large scope of technology work. With HUNT’s guidance, the district upgraded all their cabling and purchased new racks and equipment for many of their IT closets.
