The FLCC Facilities & Grounds Department takes responsibility for building, ground(s), and housekeeping maintenance. Under annual term and individual design and management agreements, HUNT and the FLCC team have partnered on a variety of projects. These efforts have been bolstered by HUNT’s long-term familiarity with the campus, HUNT-executed campus-wide planning and mapping studies, and the completion of a full breadth of specific projects, including roof replacements, HVAC renovations and upgrades, drainage analysis, concrete repairs, and architectural design.

Building upon this foundation, the FLCC and HUNT teams were able to efficiently coordinate individual projects, as well as anticipate and plan for potential maintenance issues. The successful conclusion of FLCC projects is further aided by HUNT’s familiarity with Ontario County regulations and processes -- resulting from innumerable projects on the County’s behalf.
