About the Role
This new team member will work alongside our architectural, interiors, and engineering teams to support lighting design efforts. The role involves assisting with lighting layouts, fixture specifications, photometric calculations, and construction documentation while adhering to industry standards and codes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the design and drafting of lighting plans and specifications.
Utilize Autodesk Revit to develop and modify design layouts and construction drawings.
Prepare and review drawings and technical documentation to communicate lighting designs effectively.
Research and apply relevant building codes, energy codes, and industry standards.
Support senior designers and engineers in preparing technical reports, specifications, and cost estimates.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure project success.

Qualifications
0-5 years of experience in architectural lighting design or a related field
Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Lighting Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or Electrical Engineering.
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office (AGi32 experience is a plus).
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
Knowledge of lighting control systems and industry standards (ASHRAE, IES) is preferred.
Passion for designing with light and enthusiasm for innovation in lighting design.
