HUNT offices are located in Albany, Binghamton, Horseheads, Rochester, Towanda (PA).


This Transportation Engineering Position will work with a professional engineer to design and detail plans on a variety of projects, including State/County highways, bridge rehabilitation/replacement, local roads, and other site/civil projects. There will be opportunities to engage projects at all stages of design and construction including feasibility, design decisions, drainage, permitting, bidding, and construction administration. A qualified candidate for the Transportation Engineering Position shall have minimum three (3) years’ experience, preferably with EIT. Candidate shall have strong knowledge and experience in the following: local and state linear transportation, pavement design, drainage system evaluation, Microstation and/or AutoCAD Civil3D, intersection design and turning lane warrants, and maintenance and protection of traffic plans. In addition, top candidates will have good technical writing skills, traffic analysis experience (SYNCHRO), SWPPP design experience, and knowledge in plan and specification preparation.

Wage Range: $52,000- $60,000 Per Year. Salary commensurate with experience and talent.
