Renovations included converting the elementary gym into a cafeteria, the secondary gym into a swimming pool and the district central receiving area into the secondary cafeteria.

Site work included redesigning roads/walks/parking to resolve circulation conflicts and provide separate high school and elementary access points.
Following a consolidation study, the project combined the District’s facilities into a single-campus setting and included design of a state-of-the-art STEM classroom space that allows for maximum flexibility of learning and teaching areas.

HUNT also designed athletic field improvements that included the addition of a new eight-lane, all-weather track with track events, new main baseball and softball fields with dugouts, new main soccer and football fields, a practice soccer field, and five tennis courts.

The district transportation facility includes three repair/inspection bays, a wash bay and parts and tire storage. It also houses the transportation supervisor’s offices, a driver’s room and washrooms, and is located in close proximity to the shared fueling facility.

HUNT has worked with the District on several projects, including connecting the high school and elementary school with a shared, six-station gymnasium with elevated running track and fitness center. The addition also included 11 elementary classrooms and 15 secondary classrooms.
