Greg Barr, has nearly two decades of experience in mechanical engineering, including: all types of heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems, as well as plumbing systems. His experience ranges from designs for the K-12 and university markets to complex system troubleshooting and design for municipal and industrial clients.

For HUNT, Greg provides leadership to younger engineers and serves as a client liaison in the early stages of planning and scope development. He is a lead member of the HUNT building design team, and provides consulting, design, and project management for industrial clients. As both a team leader and hands-on practitioner, Greg provides or directs the following: conceptual design and presentations; development of proposals and project cost projections; detailed design; system and equipment selection; technical specifications; bid documents and bid analysis; and construction supervision.

Greg joined HUNT in 1996, and advanced both in leading mechanical and electrical work, and respectively in corporate leadership, becoming an owner in 2006, being added to the Board of Directors in 2010, and advancing to Vice President in 2019. In addition, he is actively involved in marketing and leading projects.
