Barry Dumbauld, PE has 30 years of engineering and project management experience on highway and transportation projects with various state, county, and city municipalities across upstate New York. A large percentage of his work has been with the New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT), allowing him to develop a vast knowledge of their specifications, details, and the methods they use to complete projects – including an invaluable understanding of their interpretation of federal guidelines.

Barry became a principal of the firm in May 2009. Barry’s other responsibilities have included bridge rehabilitation/replacement, traffic signal design, maintenance of traffic plans, and sign and pavement marking plans.
