HUNT is currently working with the district and has several projects either completed or underway.

Feasibility Study: HUNT has completed a Building Condition Survey for the district, which involved a complete analysis of all facilities to examine the condition of the structures and systems, the development of Educational Space Planning, and a Five-Year Capital Facilities Plan.

Boiler Project: HUNT has completed the design and renovations for a new Boiler System and hot water heater at the district’s Cowanesque Valley High School. The project included new boilers, unit ventilators in Classrooms, and Air Handlers throughout the building. HUNT worked closely with the boiler manufacturer and the owner during construction.

Site Improvements Projects: HUNT has provided design, construction administration, and construction inspection services for the $1.0 million 2016-2017 Site Improvements project. The Project included site drainage improvements, electrical pole light replacements and pedestrian walkway improvements.

2018 Capital Project: HUNT provided services for a $15M Additions & Alterations project. The project is comprised of an addition at both high schools and renovations to all district schools. Renovations include heavy MEP upgrades, IT and security upgrades, and updates to existing classrooms. The additions include new modern classrooms, new main office suites with secure entrances. HUNT also completed new Vocational upgrades with STEM components for a CAD Classroom, Small Engine Shop, Wood Shop, and Metal Shop. HUNT worked with the District through all phases of the project, including the completion of PDE’s PlanCon reimbursement program.
