Q Management Services engaged HUNT in 2014 to provide architectural, interior design, and engineering services to serve as the aesthetic and physical foundation for its multi-year plans to upgrade its Q Dental Services retail facilities and brand. Topping Q Dental and HUNT’s challenges was providing a “reproducible” patient - and employee-sensitive modern layout. This was led by a desire for both fresh, modern office decors and efficiency across a wide variety of outlets.

With three distinctly different locations targeted, HUNT’s team conducted a thorough field investigation, a series of client meetings, and detailed a preliminary cost estimate and schematic CAD drawings to set the stage for the immediate projects and future sites. Led by images of similar facilities, HUNT’s interior team helped identify and decide on the look, feel, colors, and main design elements.

These elements further helped establish a “visual dialogue” conveying the Q-brand through words, images, and features. Subsequently, the HUNT team took a proactive lead in design development, contract document, and construction administration/inspection phasing.
