As we embark on new growth opportunities, we seek a professional Project Administrative Assistant to join the Site Civil/ Broadband team in our Rochester, NY office. This individual should embody our values and vision and be ready to contribute to our legacy and culture.
Role Overview
Applicants should have a positive attitude, be highly organized & consistent, and find fulfillment in helping others succeed. As a Project Admin the successful candidate will support the operational side of project management, allowing the project manager and technical teams to focus on strategic and technical aspects of the work.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate with the accounting department and utilize MOSAIC software to set up new projects.
• Assist with project related correspondence, report updates, and document preparation.
• Support processes for change orders, procurement, and the maintenance of project trackers across various projects, including solar, municipal, private, and broadband initiatives.
• Provide administrative/clerical support to our Site/Civil and Broadband teams.
• Facilitate effective communication with internal departments and clients.
• Work under limited supervision with final work product reviewed to validate consistency with Site/Civil and Broadband requirements as well as HUNTs Mission, Vision, and Values.
Compensation
Wage Range: $41,000.00 - $49,000.00 per year. Salary commensurate with experience and talent.

Candidate Qualifications
• 1-3 years minimum experience working in an administrative position, or related field.
• Must have a strong commitment to collaboration and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and other communications related software programs. (experience with MOSAIC is a plus).
• Possesses a strategic and self starting mindset.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Familiarity with the solar, municipal, private, or broadband sectors is advantageous.
