CMOG Cafe
- Project Description: HUNT was commissioned to design the renovations to the Glass Café located in the main level of the prestigious Corning Museum of Glass in Corning, NY. With an available construction window of only 22 weeks, the HUNT design team, including design architects, HAIGHArchitects, llc, provided comprehensive architectural, engineering and interior design services for major utility relocations, the redesign of the entire back of house, kitchen, ancillary support spaces, a servery space enveloped by suspended glass canopies and illuminated suspended aluminum soffits. The new mezzanine which overlooks the servery and seating area acts as gathering space for special museum events.
