Cities
Urban life in America is increasingly focused on walk-able communities and public amenities, including parks and open spaces. An ongoing challenge is re-establishing residential and commercial establishments in core downtown areas. HUNT works with cities large and small to plan, develop, and implement projects that improve the quality of life, promote and accommodate growth, and that make provisions for future expansion and shifts in demographics.

Towns
A town in New York State is a general purpose, home rule municipal corporation. New York State's 932 towns cover the entire area of the State (outside of cities) and constitute the most numerous and diverse class of local government. Towns vary widely in their physical characteristics, their constituencies, and the services they provide. HUNT is well prepared to work with town officials to manage their physical infrastructure.

Villages
There are almost as many different possible configurations for village government as there are villages. The water and sewer utilities used by their constituents are often managed by town or county governments. Many villages now, or are looking for ways to, share services within their respective town and county government entities. HUNT is familiar with the full range of local government configurations, and can assist community leaders in managing their assets and maintaining their infrastructure.
