The Tudors, 1475 East Avenue, Rochester, NY
- Project Description: The Tudor's project on East Avenue is a prestigious housing development in the City of Rochester. The historic nature of the project is based on the main house that exists on the property. The concept for the six single family homes is based on a carriage house theme, smaller carriage houses behind the larger main house, sharing the same Tudor style. The houses range in size from 2,600 square feet to 3,000 square feet. The site engineering was complex, given the site size. With historic preservation board approval for the projects appropriateness, the construction drawings have been completed, construction will commence in the spring. At HUNT we completed the site engineering, along with complete design and construction documents for the houses.
