Eric Stender, AIA has earned his professional license from the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB).
The extensive accreditation program required Mr. Stender to successfully complete a comprehensive seven-part exam. To become a registered architect, one must demonstrate proficiency in structural systems, environmental control systems, construction materials and technologies, architectural design and theory and laws and regulations regarding the practice of architecture.
Eric joined HUNTís Rochester office in 2010 after working at several Rochester-area firms. He is a LEED-certified professional who earned his bachelorís degree in architecture from the University at Buffalo. His skills encompass the pre-design phase through contract documents and administration, consultant coordination and maintaining client contact throughout the duration of his projects. Eric has been providing architectural design for projects including Monroe #1 BOCES, the Rochester City School District, and the Rochester Career Mentoring Charter School. He resides in the City of Rochester.
