Sean M. Phelan recently joined the Rochester office as Business Development Manager.

Sean is a graduate of Arizona State University and Binghamton University, where he earned his Master's in Public Policy and Administration (MPPA). His marketing, training, and sales experience include stints in Coca-Cola USA's New York and Philadelphia offices; as well as in his role as Associate Editor of the Political Handbook of the World, an annual NYS Research Foundation publication based at Binghamton University; and, more recently, at the Rochester Downtown Development Corporation (RDDC) where he was Vice President until May 2012.

At RDDC Sean acted as project manager and advisor on a variety of initiatives supporting property owners, developers, government officials, A&E firms, and major institutions and tenants. His tasks ranged from website development to the formation, branding, and promotion of business and neighborhood associations; and, at the core, focused on market tracking, analysis, and reporting (residential housing/wireless technology/casinos/Financial Incentives for development).

Sean and his wife, Giana, live in Rochester with their three sons.
