HUNT Promotes Within

HUNT is pleased to announce that two key employees of the HUNT team, Ryan Garrison, and Gary Henry, AIA, have been promoted to associate level within the company effective immediately.

Gary Henry joined HUNT in 2011 as an architectural project manager. He is a Kent State graduate with twenty plus years of architectural design and management experience. Henry earned his professional engineering license in Ohio in 1998, New York in 2001 and Pennsylvania in 2012.  In his previous employment he completed projects primarily in the public education sector. At HUNT Gary manages projects for several public schools including Moravia, Dryden, Chittenango, Clyde-Savannah and Tioga.  He has also completed projects for Cornell University and is considered one of HUNT’s top building code experts. Gary lives in Candor, NY with his wife Deborah and children.

Ryan Garrison joined HUNT in 2010 as an IT designer. He is a graduate of LeMoyne College with a degree in Information Science. Garrison became the IT Group Leader for HUNT in 2012 and now manages the internal IT for the firm as well as several projects for education and private clients. Ryan’s work has touched all of our K-12 clients and several private clients. Currently he is managing a very large IT project for the Horseheads School District and is leading the HUNT effort with a new NYSED funding stream known as the Smart Act. Ryan is a long-term resident of Corning.
